Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all purchases made on www.soulfulconceptions.com are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy.

Using the Fertility Ball Method®, this self-acupressure system can be a stand-alone practice or integrated into your fertility yoga practices. The accompanying series of videos guide you through each self-acupressure exercise in detail. These are safe to do if you are undergoing Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART). There are clear and concise instructions for modifications if needed.

Please Note: When you place this order you must provide a physical shipping address when you create your account (as we are unable to ship to a P.O. Box). We will ship to you one set of 2 (two) Fertility Balls®, an instruction manual, and a small-ball pump. You will gain access to the instructional videos immediately after the order has been completed. Please allow 7-10 days to receive the ball via U.S. Postal Service.

Additionally, be aware that The Fertility Balls® will intermittently lose some air and need to be re-inflated with the small ball pump included in the kit. This pump will also allow you to adjust the balls to a level of fullness that is "just right" for your comfort.
