This toolkit is for everyone! No matter if you’re just starting to try to get pregnant or have been at it for a while; and whether you are new to yoga or are an experienced yogi – these tools can help!
Everything we have included is safe to do no matter where you are on your cycle or if you are currently doing assisted reproduction techniques (ART).
What is the best way to use these resources, you may ask?
We recommend that you try everything at least once. After that, we suggest you to listen to what you need on any given day, and go back to the exercises and tools that you find most nurturing and helpful. One of the goals of yoga is to teach you how to “tune in” and listen to what you need, at this moment (which cultivates your feminine, intuitive energy!).
